Pre-Register

Unless explicitly instructed by your surgeon, all patients must visit the Physicians Surgery Center about one week before surgery to complete pre-admission documentation and perform any required pre-surgical testing ordered by the surgeon. At that time, we'll also be able to answer questions you may have.
